MECA Presentation Proposals

If you are interested in speaking at MECA for a 30-minute presentation + 15 minutes of Q & A, please complete the following proposal and email it to admin@academiafoundation.org .  We will email you back to confirm receipt of your proposal. Due to the expansion of MECA the number of presentations has increased and the deadline to apply has been extended to July 17, 2017.         • Name
        • Company/Organization/School & Position
        • Address
        • Cell Phone Number
        • E-mail Address
        • Presentation Title
        • Presentation Description (a 2-3 sentence description of your presentation, not to exceed 100 words, to be included in the event program guide)
        • Presentation Outline (a more detailed description of the presentation for purposes of evaluating your submission)
        • Equipment Needed (please identify your absolute minimum or indicate if you will bring equipment/supplies with you)
        • Bio (not to exceed 200 words) for use in event publicity and program guide
        • Resume/CV
        • Photo
        • Video or audio clip of you summarizing your presentation (max. 3 minutes) or a link to a video or audio clip of you presenting on any topic.

 

Consent to Use of Recorded Images and Audio: By presenting, attending, or participating in presentations and other activities at MECA (Multicultural Education Conference in Anaheim), you agree to allow the Academia Foundation and the conference organizers to record, reproduce, and distribute your image or voice in photographs, video recordings, audio recording, and any other methods of reproduction now and in the future.
